Badge Details

Our badges are 25mm 45mm, 57mm and 75mm diameter.

All the badges are supplied with a safety pin.

Here is a summary of the components that are used in the assembly of a badge

Components

Front shell - The front of the badge is a metallic, circular and slightly domed shell
Backing Disc - Plastic disc which contains the safety pin fastening
Protective film - transparent film to protect the artwork
Artwork - printed on a paper disc
Fastening - Safety PIn (If the badge is required for a child under 36 months old, then we will use. pinless plastic clips )

Assembly

The front disc is placed on plastic backing disc and the artwork is then sandwiched between the front of the badge and the film. The front is then crimped on to the back plate.

Note

If you are providing your own artwork , then it is important to point out that because of the dome shaped front it is recommended that text is not placed up to full diameter of the front shell and also that any background should bleed to avoid white edges after assembly..
